Reinventing Rural Health
By partnering with local providers, we reinforce the importance of trust and relationship-driven care in rural communities. We also know that rural providers need more resources to ensure patients have access to the right care at the right time.
Rural America faces unique healthcare challenges, let’s tackle them together.
"Rural providers have to work twice as hard with just a fraction of the resources that are available in large communities. The same is true for the patients they serve. Being able to take something off these providers' and patients' already full plates is the highlight of my day."
— Lauren, Market Manager
"Being able to serve and improve the community I grew up in and lived my whole life has been an incredible honor. Main Street Health has allowed me to make a huge difference in our patients' lives."
— Chris, Health Navigator, Team Lead
"I am proud and thankful to work for a company that allows me to serve my community by helping our most underserved population. My patients are important to me, the staff at my locations are important to me - these people are my people."
— Payton, Health Navigator, Team Lead
"I became a nurse to advocate for the most vulnerable patients in my community, and working at Main Street has provided me with the opportunity to do that on a scale I never would have thought possible. It’s a privilege to work for an organization alongside the most talented team of people, where the mission is centered around how to best serve the patients."
Meghan, Market Manager
